Sticking with a 5-2-1-2 works well but, again, this is a super-high-intensity tactic. The 4-2-3-1 pressing formation is exhausting, with consequences for the later stages of the game and the end of the season. Your injuries will mount and your players will become fatigued. It also requires in-game adaptation don’t expect it to be a cure-all.
